Introducing Fernanda Herrejon: Head of Operations 2025/26

Fernanda is leading our operations this season, bringing a vital background in process efficiency and logistics.

Fernanda’s commitment to motorsport was so strong that she moved across the world to learn as much as possible. This led her to UH Racing, women in engineering programs with two F1 teams and a placement at Rolls-Royce. Working there, she gained key experience in maintenance planning, SAP systems, and shop floor digitalization.

That experience is directly applicable to her role: she oversees purchase orders, supplier communication, and ensures our production processes are efficient and well-defined. Her favourite thing about UH Racing is the welcoming vibe at the lab and the learning environment where team members help each other achieve their goals.

With her focus on process and efficiency, Fernanda is vital to ensuring we deliver UH29 on schedule and budget!
