Introducing Nevan Dodhia: Head of Vehicle Performance

He’s managing the performance strategy for UH29, bringing a truly unique background shaped by the fast-paced world of rally motorsport.

Nevan’s fit for this role is exceptional: his project management and problem-solving skills were honed through deep involvement in rally organization in Kenya. He’s also worked as a race engineer in the Formula Student Sim Racing Series and served as our Chief Mechanic last year, giving him a strong, multi-faceted understanding of vehicle setups, reliability, and pressure management.

His favorite thing about the team is making great memories and the fact that the whole team is always ready to assist when you are stuck.
